Co-founder and CEO: Jackie Chin, MBA

Analytics executive Jackie Chin has nearly 30 years of diverse financial services experience, including actuarial consulting, predictive modeling, product management and analytics.

As an executive at Charles Schwab, she championed and delivered key initiatives to help more clients meet their financial goals. Jackie led a diverse team of 50+ professionals who provided business consulting, data-driven insights and interactive dashboards to support and grow the Retail, Bank, and Digital Services Enterprises, representing over 80% of the firm’s revenue.

She designed a first of its kind commission-free ETF platform, driving down the cost of ETF investing for all Schwab clients. Jackie oversaw client experience, developed educational content for both clients and employees, increasing profitability and improving Schwab’s positioning as an industry leader in the ETF space.

Jackie was also an Analytic Expert Witness in arbitration, where she quantified compensatory damages when financial advisors breached contract and brought clients to a competitor. She supported a case that resulted in a $7.8M payment to Schwab.

Jackie graduated from SUNY Potsdam with a BA in Mathematics. Following graduation, she studied actuarial science and received an MBA from U.C. Berkeley. Jackie is a National Trustee for the Boys & Girls Club of America.
